“Fine Art Market HK” was founded around 2023 and is curated by independent curator Ation. This art platform was created with the aim of supporting Hong Kong-based artists whether they are amateurs or non-art majors by providing them with an additional opportunity to exhibit their work. Our curator believes that artistic talent is innate, which is why he is a proponent of the French school “Naïve Art” (French: art naïf) refers to art created by non-professional artists who have not received formal training and are typically self-taught. The term is commonly used to describe artworks created in Europe and North America during the 19th and 20th centuries.
